Routines and bulk task creation

Create recurring inspection and maintenance schedules more efficiently by grouping multiple assets together.
What this does:
Instead of creating inspections one asset at a time, you can select multiple assets from your asset register and create a routine that generates all the associated tasks automatically.
Example use cases:
- Select all 15 pieces of playground equipment and create a weekly inspection routine - generating 15 inspection tasks that recur every week.
- Select all bins across Memorial Park and create a twice-weekly collection routine.
- Select all street lights in a specific location and create a monthly maintenance job routine.
- Create seasonal routines (e.g., winter gritting checks for all paths between October-March).
How it works:
Select multiple assets from your asset list (using filters or multi-select), click "Create Routine", set the schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal), choose the task type (inspection or job), assign staff members.
The system creates a routine with all selected assets as sub-tasks, each inheriting the schedule.
Benefits:
Save hours of manual task creation. Ensure consistent inspection schedules across similar assets. Easily manage and update recurring work in one place. Reduce risk of missed inspections through systematic scheduling.
