Complete inspections, log defects and update jobs even when you're offline or in areas with poor connectivity. The app always saves your work locally and syncs automatically when it can — so nothing is ever lost. You can also manually switch to offline mode when needed and go back online when you're ready.

The app should allow regular checklists, such as daily vehicle checks, to be completed against a vehicle rather than an individual, recognising that drivers may change several times during the day. Users should be able to select a vehicle from a list within the app, choose the relevant checklist, record starting mileage, and log any defects identified. The checklist should not need to be pre‑assigned to a specific person, allowing any authorised user to complete it as required as often as is necessary. All recorded information, including mileage and defects, should be exportable to Excel to support monitoring of vehicle usage, defects and fleet management.

(i.e. does not contribute to the asset register for the Council) For items such as Village Hall or Pavilions (could be in a trust), where the Council may help with inspections of equipment etc.

Carried out my first park inspection using the mobile app today, very impressed however the swipe for PASSING an item stopped working after about 6 items? I thought it might be signal however it did it across the 3 separate parks.

Create frequency as "repeats every X days/weeks/months". Gives the ability to define 2 weeks or 10 days with multiple entry.

To be able to create and modify inspection templates to suit different assets, at present there is only one template for playground equipment but with the different types of equipment more detailed templates are required
