Within the Grid View you can now print to PDF, you can also customise what columns/fields are displayed on the column report

I can't work out how to select multiple records in either view. Whenever I click on an item it just opens it expecting me to edit it. Any further info on how to produce a report? Also do the reports show the total asset value?

Wayne Salisbury this is a new feature idea so not yet implemented, that's why you can't use it yet. If you'd like us to work on in soon, please leave a vote on this post. If you see any other features or improvements that you think would be useful, feel free to vote and comment as that will help us shape the future of Civic.ly based on our Beta Testers' feedback 🙂

Ewa Orczykowska Thanks Ewa, I understand and have voted. Without the ability to export to a list then Civic.ly would not produce what is needed and a separate more conventional asset list would also need to be kept which would duplicate the work. Downloaded asset lists showing total value is required for the internal auditor, to share with members, to publish on the website, to send to insurance companies

Wayne Salisbury thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. We'll make sure to address that when developing this feature 🙂

"I'm currently playing around the system, will there be a report system in place soon, showing the value of the asset, insurance value, description etc?"
Kind regards,

This would be a great feature, especially as a Parish Council needs to upload their asset register, with values to their website for transparency
