Add meter readings for buildings

It might be good to have a place in Civic.ly for any meter readings for building we own/manage. Some of our buildings even have more that one electric meter so the ability add multiple meters would be fab.

Cool idea. We plan to add this as part of a Sustainability and Community Engagement Add-on which will likely come online next year.
However, in the interim there is a work around by adding this info to the task.

- Sharing/Renting of assets between councils
